Solar Inverter

It is a electrical energy converter that changes direct current of input into alternating current at the output.


Types of solar inverter

Current control inverter

  • It is an inverter in which output electric current having a specific sinusoidal waveform produced by pulse width modulation control or any other control system.

Current stiff inverter

  • It is an inverter in which smooth DC input electric current.

Grid connected inverter

  • Inverter which is able to operated in parallel with the distribution or transmission system of an electrical supply utility. 
  • It is also known as grid tied inverter or grid intertie.

Grid interactive inverter

  • Inverter which is able to operate in both stand alone and parallel modes

High frequency link inverter

  • Inverter in which high frequency transformer is used for electrical isolation between inverter input and output.

Module inverter
