Meaning of ACS – ARR Gap

  • The term ACS means average cost of supply per unit of power and ARR means average revenue realized. 
  • The Government has taken various steps to minimize the difference between ACS – ARR. 
  • The gap between ACS – ARR should be as minimum as possible
